You Asked. We Listened.

This FAQ was built from your questions. Every query submitted via our Contact Us form during the pre-launch period has been read and the answers are in here.

Before the DTC Vault was live, we made a deliberate choice not to send holding responses that were vague or incomplete. You deserved proper answers, not placeholders. So we waited until we could give you both – a working platform and a page that actually addresses what you asked.

If your specific situation isn’t covered here, please use the Contact Us form.

The Change of Ownership

The previous owner/operator, Innovaze Limited, entered into compulsory liquidation in January 2026. A wholly independent third-party company (K9-WW Limited) acquired certain assets of Innovaze Limited, including the DTC trading name, course materials, the DTC Vault, the website, and associated intellectual property, and are running it as a completely fresh, independent operation.

Our company is a separate and distinct legal entity from Innovaze Limited. It did not acquire the company or business on a going concern basis and has no liability for the debts or obligations of the previous operator.

The previous operating company is no longer involved in any capacity.

We voluntarily made a commitment to restore access for existing students as a founding principle of its acquisition. The DTC Vault – the online learning platform – has now been reinstated, and students should be able to log in via the website at dtc-vault.com. Restoration of the mobile application is ongoing; in the interim, please use a web browser to access your content.

We acquired certain assets of the previous business (trading name, intellectual property e.g. course content, etc), not the business itself. As such, no contractual obligations of Innovaze Limited have been formally transferred to us as a matter of law. We have voluntarily elected to restore access to all existing students as a matter of good faith and to demonstrate its commitment to the student community. This does not constitute an assumption of the liabilities of the former operator.

Accessing Your Courses

Please visit dtc-vault.com via your web browser. Use the email address and password associated with your original DTC account. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset function on the login page.

Please ensure you are using the most recent password reset link, as older links may expire. Clear your browser cache and try again. If the problem persists, please use the Contact Us form to get in touch with your registered email address and a brief description of the error message you are receiving. Our support team will investigate and respond as promptly as possible.

The restoration of student records and course progress is an ongoing process. Some enrolment data may not yet have been fully migrated to the new platform. If your courses are showing as not enrolled or your progress is not visible, please get in touch via Contact Us with your full name, registered email address, and details of the courses you enrolled in. We will investigate and reinstate your access as a priority.

Restoration of the DTC mobile application is in progress. We anticipate this being available in the near term, but cannot confirm an exact date at this stage. In the meantime, all course content is accessible via your web browserat dtc-vault.com. We will communicate a confirmed timeline once known.

Where it’s technically recoverable, we’ve worked to migrate progress data for returning students. The extent of what can be transferred varies by individual case and will be confirmed in your goodwill access notification. We want to pick up as close to where you left off as we practically can.

Yes! The core curriculum is intact. We acquired the course materials as part of the asset purchase. Content will evolve over time as we improve and update things, but the programme you enrolled for is the programme you’ll get.

Your access period will be clearly stated in your enrolment terms. For goodwill access recipients, the specifics will be in your individual communication. If your circumstances make the timeline tricky, get in touch via the Contact Us form, and we’ll do our best to be flexible.

Membership Tiers & Entitlements

We recognise and will honour lifetime membership access on a good faith basis. Lifetime members will continue to have access to the course content available within the DTC Vault as it is restored and updated. If you are experiencing difficulty accessing your content, please contact support.

We are in the process of reviewing all membership tiers and associated entitlements. We ask for your patience during our transition period while this process is completed. If you have a specific query regarding your membership level or entitlements, please get in touch via the Contact Us form at dogtrainingcollege.co.uk/contact with your full name, registered email address, and details of the products you originally purchased.

We aim to honour reasonable access commitments made under the previous operator on a good faith basis. If you have a specific concern regarding your access entitlement, please contact support with evidence of your original purchase where possible.

Certifications & CPD Accreditation

Certificates issued under the previous operation remain as records of your training completion. We’d encourage you to check with your insurer or relevant professional body about their acceptance. We can’t reissue or countersign certificates from the previous operator, but if you need a letter confirming the College’s continuity, we’re happy to provide one. Just ask.

Certificates for students who completed their assessments prior to the transition are subject to review. We are committed to issuing certificates to students who can demonstrate successful completion and are clarifying how/when we could achieve and deliver this for you. Please get in touch via dogtrainingcollege.co.uk/contact with your full name, registered email, course name, and completion date. We will review your record and respond as promptly as possible.

We are aware of concerns raised by students regarding the CPD accreditation status of certain courses. We are currently reviewing the accreditation history of all programmes and engaging with the relevant accreditation bodies. We will publish a clear statement on this matter as soon as our review is complete. Students who are concerned about their specific qualification are encouraged to contact us directly.

This is a matter under active review. We understand the importance of recognised qualifications to our students, particularly those operating professional dog training businesses. We are committed to providing a definitive response on this issue and will communicate directly with affected students once our position is confirmed.

We’re actively working through the reaccreditation process right now and expect to confirm it within four weeks. We’ll be transparent as it progresses: You’ll hear from us before the finish line, not just when we cross it.

For training completed previously, please check directly with your insurer or professional body. For new certifications issued under DTC, we’ll publish full accreditation details as soon as reaccreditation is in place. If you need supporting documentation in the interim, contact us via dogtrainingcollege.co.uk/contact and we’ll see what we can do.

Financial Matters & Refunds

We acquired certain assets of the previous operator and did not assume its financial liabilities. Accordingly, we are not in a position to process refund claims in respect of payments made to Innovaze Limited.

Students who paid for their course or membership by credit card may be entitled to make a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (for transactions over £100 in the UK) or via a chargeback process through their card provider. We recommend contacting your card provider directly if you wish to pursue this route.

Students who paid via a “buy now, pay later” or instalment finance arrangement should contact their finance
provider directly to discuss their options.

Payments made to the previous company were received by a separate legal entity and never reached us. If you want to pursue a refund, your options are:

  1. Contact your bank or card provider about a chargeback
  2. Submit a claim through the liquidation process for the previous company
  3. Get in touch via our website if you’d like help understanding your options

Absolutely! You’re very welcome to re-enrol. Head to dogtrainingcollege.co.uk for enrolment options, including any arrangements we’ve put in place for returning students. We’d genuinely love to have you back.

If you have notified us that you have raised a Section 75 or formal withdrawal of consent, we will respect your request and will not enrol you in any programme or use your details for any services going forward. Please confirm your request in writing using the Contact Us page via dogtrainingcollege.co.uk/contact.

If you are making payments via a third-party finance or instalment provider, please contact that provider directly to request cancellation of your payment agreement. We do not administer third-party payment plans. If you wish to withdraw from your course with DTC, please notify us using the Contact Us page via dogtrainingcollege.co.uk/contact.

Getting Support

Please get in touch via the Contact Us page at dogtrainingcollege.co.uk/contact. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 to 5 business days. Given the current volume of enquiries, we appreciate your patience. Please include your full name, registered email address, and a clear description of your query to help us respond efficiently.

We are not currently in a position to offer scheduled phone support however have steps in place to restore capability as soon as practicable. Currently all enquiries should be directed our Contact Us form on the dogtrainingcollege website. We will review our support capacity as operations develop and will update this FAQ accordingly.

Your query has been read and if something in here answers it, that’s a direct result of you taking the time to write in. If your situation needs individual attention or isn’t covered here, please resubmit via the Contact Us form now that we’re operational. Mark it URGENT if it’s time-sensitive and we’ll prioritise it.

Invoices and payment records from the previous operator, Innovaze Limited, were held by that company. As we did not acquire the financial records of Innovaze Limited, we do not have access to its invoices. For records from the previous period, you may wish to contact the liquidators of Innovate Limited directly, or your original payment provider. For any payments or transactions with DTC going forward, we will issue invoices in the usual manner and copies upon request.

The homepage at dogtrainingcollege.co.uk is always the most current. Key milestones such as accreditation progress, access updates, and anything significant go up there promptly. We won’t go quiet on you.

Submit it via the Contact Us form. This FAQ gets updated regularly as new questions come in, so yours may well help someone else too. We’re reviewing and updating it at least monthly through our first quarter.

Where We're Headed

  • Getting the platform stable and properly accessible for everyone
  • Reaching every returning student individually about their access arrangement
  • Confirming CPD reaccreditation
  • Resolving outstanding certifications for students who completed courses but never received them
  • Building this into the programme it has always had the potential to be

One of the things we’re most excited about is establishing a fresh team of eager mentors who will be able to support you on your journey. We are keen to hear from qualified students interested in working with us and provide the opportunity and support to achieve Mentor status. This gives them the chance to help others achieve their dream of becoming professionals in this much-loved industry.

Fair question. We’re not going to win that with words. You’ll judge us on what we actually do. What we can tell you is that we didn’t have to put a goodwill access programme in place. We didn’t have to wait and compile proper answers before responding to your queries. We chose to, because that’s how we want to run this. Hold us to it.

That’s entirely your call and we respect it completely. If you’ve had a chargeback, you have no obligation to us. If you receive a goodwill access invitation, you’re free to decline. If you’re considering new enrolment, take your time and look at what we’ve built before deciding. We’d rather earn your confidence than pressure you into anything.

This FAQ will be updated as our operations develop and further information becomes available.
